Notes: This is very open FOW format painting isn't important and as long as you have models and you send in your list ahead of time proxies are allowed. (meaning a simple base wont do but if you have a Panzer II and want to upgrade to a Panzer III its OK..) AND you must provide a copy of your list for your opponetts.....prizes will be awarded to winners and also by random draw....
